Marc Tieger, Co-founder and President of Tieger Realty Co., Inc., and his late wife Judy, opened their business in West Rindge in 1972, moving to Jaffrey the following year. Since that time Marc has been instrumental in all phases of real estate in Jaffrey and surrounding towns. He assisted with the creation of Gilmore Court Elderly Housing, Partridge Point, Fox Run and Waterway Ridge. Most recently he was involved with Coburn Woods, an award winning single family detached condominium community. Marc is a Charter Member of the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors, Founding President of the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce, Founding Chair of Shelter From the Storm, and was selected as REALTOR of the Year in 1977, 1985, and 2005. He remains active in many other civic endeavors, and is Moderator of the Town of Jaffrey. Marc has 5 children and 8 grand-children, most of whom reside in the area. |

After many years of being a REALTOR in the Monadnock Region, I am as enthused about my profession as I was when I began my Real Estate career in 1981. Both my children were privileged to attend the Jaffrey schools from Kindergarten through High School, and I was involved in their school activities. Having formerly been a teacher, I recognize the importance of the schools to our communities and support retaining their high standards.

I have lived in the Monadnock Region for over 18 years. I live in Greenfield with my wife, Kelly and have two sons who are both in college. We feel very fortunate to live here and enjoy the quality of life that the Region offers.
Over the years I have been active in my community, I have been a member of the Parent Teacher Organization Playground Committee, coached the town Little League baseball team, assisted with coaching a local youth hockey team, volunteered with the local fire department and, with my family, have volunteered with local animal rescue organizations. Currently I am a member of the Planning Board and the Chairman of the Select Board.
I have many years of experience in the corporate world. My real estate involvement extends over 17 years and I own and manage rental properties in Antrim, Hancock, Jaffrey, and Peterborough. Realizing how important home ownership is for the financial security of families causes me to want to share my knowledge and understanding. I know the process of buying and selling can be confusing and frustrating for some, and it is my goal is to help people through this process.
