As I live in Massachusetts, Tieger’s vast experience with the process helped a lot and I was extremely pleased with the process experience. I was impressed that Marc or someone from his office goes to every property showing, even if the buyer has a different realtor. Tieger Realty was responsive to questions and helpful with any concerns along the way. As far as negotiation skills, Marc and his team are simply great people “people” and that goes a long way when explaining things to a potential buyer. I gave 5 stars because there wasn’t an option to give 6 stars.”
